Plum and black cherry are married with a bouquet of toasty French oak, mushroom, and earth, annis, and cola. When tasting Pinot Noir, you may note it's more earthy and floral style.

Our Petite Sirah is the color of red garnet with aromas of dried fruit, spicy oak, and plum. The palette boasts notes of fig plum, and soft tannin.

Our 2018 Touriga was grown in our Fresno State Vineyard and has an earthy, ripe-plum, dark chocolate, black cherry and piped tobacco smell with a great taste of rich vanilla, toasty oak, pomegranate, plum, and cherry. 

The primary flavors of our Zinfandel are jam, blueberry, black pepper, cherry, plum, boysenberry, cranberry, and licorice.
