Tasting Notes: This unique variety has a deep aroma of jammy blackberry and dark plum with a bouquet of cedar, vanilla caramel, and cherry cola. A big full-bodied, luscious wine on the palate, it has flavors of dried cherry, fresh berry, and almond with silky tannin and a long, smooth finish.
Food Pairing: Our Alicante Bouschet can be paired with barbeque beef, spicy Italian dishes, black pepper steak, and stuffed portabella mushrooms.
Wine making: Aged in French Oak for 18 months.
