Vineyard: Our medium bodied Cabernet is grown at the Fresno State Vineyard.
Tasting Notes: Our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon has a wonderful plum, dried nut, black cherry smell with herbal notes on the finish. It would pair with some really good Tri Tip.
Wine Making: Cold soaked 4 days, Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels
