Vineyard: This vineyard produces fruity, medium bodied Zinfandel, characteristics of the Madera Appellation.
Tasting Notes: The primary flavors of our Zinfandel are jam, blueberry, black pepper, cherry, plum, boysenberry, cranberry, and licorice.
Wine Making: Cold soaked 48 hours, fermented in small open-top fermenters. Aged in neutral French oak for 16 months.
