Winemaker's Notes: This wine was barrel fermented using fermol chardonnay yeast. The barrel used was French Oak.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, this wine presents tropical flavors like pineapple, green apple, and a hint of lime peel can even be detected. It is full & rich with soft tannins. On the palate, it has flavors of pear and green apple with a long, juicy finish. 

Food Pairing Notes: Our California Chardonnay can be paired with broiled halibut, soft cheeses, chicken alfredo pasta, and seafood risotto.

The off-dry finish is long lasting, with balanced acidity and a touch of sweetness. The palate of the 2019 Muscat Canelli is finished with the taste of orange peel and hint of citrus.
