Our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon has a wonderful plum, dried nut, black cherry smell with herbal notes on the finish. It would pair with some really good Tri Tip.

Our Petite Sirah is the color of red garnet with aromas of dried fruit, spicy oak, and plum. The palette boasts notes of fig plum, and soft tannin.

Medium red and has aromas of bold pomegranate, black cherry, in scent o potpourri. Bright flavors of plum, cherry, and spicy oak, are wrapped in a finish of silky tannin. 

Our 2018 Touriga was grown in our Fresno State Vineyard and has an earthy, ripe-plum, dark chocolate, black cherry and piped tobacco smell with a great taste of rich vanilla, toasty oak, pomegranate, plum, and cherry. 

The primary flavors of our Zinfandel are jam, blueberry, black pepper, cherry, plum, boysenberry, cranberry, and licorice.
