Tasting Notes: This unique variety has a deep aroma of jammy blackberry and dark plum with a bouquet of cedar, vanilla carmel, cherry cola. A big full-bodied luscious wine on the palate, it has flavors of dried cherry, fresh berry, and almond with silky tannin and a long smooth finish.

Food Pairing: Our Alicante Bouschet can be paired with barbeque beef, spicy Italian dishes, black pepper steak, stuffed portabella mushrooms.

Wine making: Aged in French Oak for 18 months
