Tasting Notes: Our 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon has a wonderful plum, dried nut, black cherry smell with herbal notes on the finish. It would pair with some really good Tri Tip.
Wine Making: Cold soaked 4 days, Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels
