Vineyard: Our 2018 Pinot Noir was harvested on September 28, 2019. Pinot Noir vines tend to prefer more intermediate climates with long, cooling growing seasons. For this reason, you will often find Pinot Noir growing in protected valleys or near large bodies of water.
Tasting Notes: Plum and black cherry are married with a bouquet of toasty French oak, mushroom, and earth, annis, and cola. When tasting Pinot Noir, you may note it's more earthy and floral style. On the palate its rich flavors if cherry earth and toasty french oak combine to make a rich balanced acidity.
Harvest Brix: 25.2
