Tasting Notes: The 2020 Albarino Saviez is light, straw-gold. This wine offers intense vanilla aromas of Crème brûlée and caramel. One sip will fill your mouth with opulent stone fruits including creamy pear and green apple with hints of wild mountain mint and minerals. The smooth finish is long-lasting, with crisp acidity and a touch of sweetness. The palate of the 2020 Albarino Saviez is finished with the taste of green apple, peach, and citrus.
Wine Making: 100% barrel fermented & aged in new French oak for 8 months.

This is my favorite Fresno State white wine. It's not too sweet and it is very drinkable with or without food.
