Vineyard: Our Petite Sirah is harvested from the famous Brentwood Vineyard, below Mountain Diablo in Central Costa County.
Tasting Notes: Supple, soft tannin surrounded by earthy aromas, berry preserves, plum and dried fruit with a bouquet of cedar tobacco, vanilla, and annis and pine resin. Flavors of plum present with balanced acidity and a long lingering finish. The palate notes of light fig, plum, blueberry, black pepper and is balanced with every sip.
Wine Making: This blend has crushed whole berry and is cold soaked for four days, aged in American oak for 12 months.
