Wine Sensory Workshops for Fresno State Wine Club Members

These workshops will focus on educating participants in wine and food pairing.

Topics for the Fall semester include:

  • Cheese & Wines
  • Five course food & wine pairing at The Elbow Room Restaurant

  • Pairing foods with specific varietals

  • Chocolate and wines


  • September 3
  • October 1
  • November 5
  • December 3

The series is limited to 40 seats and exclusive to Wine Club Members. Each club membership is allowed one non-member guest.  Guest tickets must be purchased by club members. 

Location: Workshops that are not being held at local restaurants, will be held in the Enology classroom at the winery.

Time: Seminars will run from 6:30 - 8:00

Cost:  $100 per person
